PAW Warranty Policy
This warranty policy applies when you purchase the products that are sold by Tom Auto Success Sdn Bhd and its authorized resellers and distributors. The warranty policy is limited to our product with QR code and developed by Tom Auto Success Sdn Bhd and branded as PAW, GBS and GLOBELT products (referred to as “PAW Products”).
PAW Products are warranted under normal and proper use, against manufacturing defects for a period as stated below:

1. Warranty Initialization Date
Warranty date starts from the scan date, which means customers are required to fill in a form with some particular information including a photo of product in the car in order to start the warranty process.
1.1 This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and/or parts. PAW Products are not warranted for:
- Improper handling and maintenance of the equipment, and failure to obey operation instructions as specified by PAW
